The reputation of Setwest Limited rests on the quality of service provided. Building on this cornerstone the company's aim is to remain a first class supplier of specialist labour for the installation of heavy duty sub-mains cabling to the commercial and public sectors. We have a commitment to provide a service that meets and where possible exceed the requirements and expectations of our clients.
To this end we will continue to work in accordance with current quality standards and to seek ways of continual improvement in the business processes. We have also established certain "Quality Objectives" which are defined targets to be acheived either as part of the routine function of the business or as part of the improvement process. These objectives shall be periodically reviewed and revised as necessary.
Above all, we always remember that the client has a choice - we seek to become and remain the first choice.
Whilst maintaining a Quality Assurance system that meets the requirements of the current version of BS EN ISO 9001 ("Quality Management Systems - Requirements") we shall meet the "Spirit" of the The Standard by:
- Establishing and maintaining an efficient, effective and economical management system
- Listening to clients carefully, to clearly identify their requirements
- Not making promises that cannot be kept
- Communicating clearly and honestly with each other and with customers
- Adopting a positive approach to continuing improvement of all company activities
- Ensuring Quality is never knowingly compromised, at any level, during any process.
- Understanding that prevention, as opposed to detection of errors is the correct approach of a quality system
- Ensuring the words commitment, customer service and professionalism are fundamental to the company's vocabulary
This policy shall be communicated to all employees, controlled and regularly reviewed to ensure its continued suitability.
